The best strawberry shortcake cookie I’ve ever had!!

This cookie is so delicious! You can taste the strawberries in every bite. I love how slightly crispy the edges are and the center is soft and buttery, & the crumble on top is just amazing! This is the best strawberry shortcake cookie I’ve ever had!
